Nothing makes me angrier than victim blaming. It doesn't matter what someone was wearing, where they were, or whether they were drunk or sober — physical contact must be consensual, period. When we ask survivors "what were you wearing?" we tell every abuser that it isn't their fault. And victim blaming has no gender: male survivors are silenced by the same lies that silence women. When you blame the victim, you side with the abuser. Believe survivors. Speak up. Choose better.
