    • Made-to-Order Products


    • All products in the Diary of a Flopping Fish shop are print-on-demand items produced individually by our fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc., only after an order is placed. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review size charts carefully before placing your order.


      Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


      If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is materially different from what was ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us at diaryofafloppingfish@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

      • Your order number

      • A clear description of the issue

      • Photos of the damaged or defective item

      Upon review, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.


      Lost or Undelivered Orders


      If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking information shows no movement, please contact us at diaryofafloppingfish@gmail.com. We will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue. Please allow up to 7 business days for investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.


      Cancellations


      Because orders are sent to production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the order is already in production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation within 24 hours, contact us immediately at diaryofafloppingfish@gmail.com.


      Refund Processing


      Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Wix Payments. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.

    Where We Ship


    The Diary of a Flopping Fish shop ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.


    Order Fulfillment


    All orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, Inc. Orders are typically produced within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. Production time is separate from shipping time.


    Shipping Times


    Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 4 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is generally 5 to 9 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside of our control.


    Please Note: Mugs Ship Separately


    Mugs are individually packaged for protection and will always ship separately from other items in your order. If your order contains a mug along with other products, you will receive multiple shipments and your shipping costs will reflect that.


    Shipping Costs


    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.


    Tracking


    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Diary of a Flopping Fish, LLC is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
